In case you have moved to a new country or want to change the country setting in the Google Play Store for some other reason, below are three different methods you can use to change the Google Play Store country on your Android phone or tablet.
Change Google Play Store country after moving to a new country
Follow the steps below to change the Google Play Store country if you have already landed in your new country.
1. Open Google play store on your Android phone or tablet.
2. Try buying one from the Google Play Store Paid app (You don’t actually need to buy the app)
3. On the next few screens, tap Next until you reach the Payment Methods screen (see image below). Don’t tap any payment method on this screen, just close Google play store
4. Next open settings App on your Android phone or tablet.
5. On the settings screen, tap applications (See image below)
6. Tap on the Applications screen application manager.
7. On the next screen, tap Google play store
8th. On the next screen, tap first delete data (or Cache) and then tap the force stop (or Quit) button
9. Now open the Google Play Store on your Android phone and accept the Google Play Terms of Service by tapping Accept Button.
This will change the country in the Google Play Store to your new or current country.
Change Google Play Store country with VPN
You can also use a VPN service to change the country in the Google Play Store. This method is useful in case you haven’t moved to your new country yet and want to change the country in the Google Play Store.
1. open that Google play store and install Turbo VPN App on your Android phone
Note: You can also install any VPN app you prefer.
2. Open the app once the download is complete Turbo VPN App on your Android phone
3. After opening the app, tap world icon located in the top right corner of the app (see image below)
4. On the next screen, tap country you want to change your Google Play Store to.
If your country is not on this list, try downloading the Express VPN app on your phone. It has a much larger list of countries available.
5. On the next popup, tap OK and wait for the app to establish a VPN connection.
6. Once the app has established a VPN connection, open Google play store on your Android phone or tablet
7. Open any in the Google Play Store paid app and try to buy it (you don’t really need to buy the app)
8th. Tap on the next screens Continue until you reach the Payment Methods screen (see image below). Don’t tap any payment method on this screen, just close it Google play store.
9. Then tap settings > applications > application manager > Google play store (See image below)
10 On the next screen, tap first delete data (or Cache) and then tap force stop (or Quit) button (see image below)
11. After that, open Google Play Store on your Android phone or tablet and accept the Google Play Store Terms of Service by tapping Accept Link (see image below)
This will automatically change the country in the Google Play Store to the country you selected in the VPN service.
Change Google Play Store country with credit card
This method can be used if you have already added your credit card to the Google Play Store or have a valid credit card or other payment method that you can add to the Google Play Store.
The general idea behind this method is to first update your address (including country) in the Google Payment Center, which then allows you to change the country in the Google Play Store while trying to make a purchase.

Note: You can remove the credit card from the Google Play Store at any time after following the steps to change the country in the Google Play Store.
1. Update address in Google Payments
Follow the steps below to update your address in the Google Payments Center.
1. Open Google play store on your Android phone or tablet
2. Next, tap the 3 line icon from the top left corner of your screen to open a drop down menu (see image below)
3. From the following drop-down menu, tap the Account Possibility.
4. On the Account Settings screen, tap Payment Methods.
Note: If you don’t have a payment method, you can temporarily add your current credit card.
5. On the next screen, tap More payment settings tab (see image below)
6. On the next screen (Google Payment Center) log in to your Google user account.
7. After signing in to your Google account, tap 3 line icon from the top left corner of your screen (see image below)
8th. From the slide-over menu, tap settings option (see picture below)
9. On the settings screen, tap pencil iconnext to Country and select your new country (see image below)
10 You will see a popup, tap on it I have it.
11. Next, enter yours New address and tap the Save on computer Button.
Note: If you get an error when trying these steps, exit the Google Play Store and try the steps above again. If the error persists, go to your computer, visit payment.google.com and follow steps 6 through 10 again.
2. Change Google Play Store country
After updating your address in Google Payment Center, the next step is to change the Google Play Store country.
1. Open Google play store on your Android phone or tablet
2. Try buying one from the Google Play Store Paid app (You don’t actually need to buy the app)
3. Tap on the next pop-ups Continue until you reach the Payment Methods screen as shown below. Do not click any payment method on this screen, just close it Google play store.
4. Next, open the settings App on your Android phone.
5. On the settings screen, tap applications > application manager
6. On the next screen, tap Google play store
7. On the next screen, tap clear cache (or Clear Data), then tap force stop (or Quit) button
8th. Now open Google Play Store again on your Android phone and accept the terms and conditions (see image below).
Your Google Play Store country should be changed once you accept the Terms of Service for using the Google Play Store on your Android phone or tablet.
