Fort-de-France: a house catches fire in the heights of the Right Bank


Firefighters from Fort-de-France and neighboring barracks intervened this Thursday, June 9, 2022 around 11 a.m. for a fire in a house, Abelar gloomy in the Rive-Droite Levassor neighborhood. Several nearby families were evacuated. No casualties were reported.

A house caught fire for an unknown reason. The fire broke out around 11 a.m. in an empty house. Its owner is currently hospitalized.

The accident spread to two nearby houses on the Morne Abelar side, Rive Droite Levassor in Fort-de-France.
