Delayed Notifications on iPhone: How to Fix?

When notifications on iPhone are delayed, you may miss important messages, emails and other notifications. Below are the steps to troubleshoot and fix this issue.

Late or delayed notifications on iPhone

In many cases, the issue of late or late notifications on iPhone is usually related to patchy Wi-Fi/Cellular network and other network-related issues.

However, this issue is also known to occur when the battery level on the iPhone drops below 20%, which causes the iPhone to go into sleep mode automatically.

In other cases, the issue seems to be related to having the Scheduled Notification Summary option enabled on the iPhone, which is sometimes known to delay notifications from certain apps.

1. Check network strength

Take a look at the top left corner of your iPhone’s screen and make sure the signal strength is good in your current location.
